We had Proxmox Server setup since the beginning of November and so far working fine.. Sudden when checked yesterday, notice that we don't get the web management console login page and the page appears blank with an error in the as shown below Inspect console of the browser. Have tried different browsers and no success.

No changes have been carried out on the server lately. Also, checked the journalctl for pve* and don't see any unusual stuff in it other then the routine daily pveupdate calls and starting of replication runner service.

here is the output of the pveversion -v command

did you change anything before this? configure something?

here is the output of the pveversion -v command
can you try updating the packages? apt update && apt dist-upgrade should work. then reboot the server for kernel to get in place.

No. Have not change anything on the server since the first installation of the Proxmox....

If I do dist-upgrade, will it change to the newer version of the proxmox. I have some production guest servers (Windows 2012 R2) running on it. Will it not impact anything on these servers. Right?

Is there a way, to just make only update the Web Management console and avoid any production outage?

Regards,
Umesh

doing dist-upgrade would bring you to 6.3, and you'd need to reboot for the kernel to get in place.

it's not recommended to do partial package upgrades. but if you really want to:
upgrading the proxmox-widget-toolkit package might fix your problem.

Dear Oguz,

Thanks for you help. By doing "apt-get install --reinstall proxmox-widget-toolkit" helped resolve the issue.

Once again, thanks for the same.

Umesh
