For the user-blacklist you need to select for which user it should apply (this is the top-entry for e-mail) then you can add the www.noldza@gmail.com as the address to be blacklisted - see also:

Ah, so email = recipient, Adddress = blacklisted sender.

So, just not much helpful UI.

I would suggest to consider adding the sender to the blacklist object in the rule-system - and not use the user black/whitelist for that.

So, just not much helpful UI.

the UI makes sense if a user directly edits their black/whitelists (then they do not need to select their e-mail address either
