BIOS virtualization is enabled, but could not access KVM kernel module

Hello.
I can run KVM without hardware support. It’s works. But when I set options of hardware KVM support “on” I get error:

My processor supports virtualization, it's Intel Xeon E3-1230. To solve the problem I’m read forum, but problem always stop on the “turn -on- BIOS virtualization…”
My BIOS virtualization is Enabled, and system is restarted.

pls follow http://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Downloads#Update_a_running_Proxmox_Virtual_Environment_2.x_to_latest_2.2

any bios updates for the board?

and try power off your server for a few seconds after you enabled VT.
