Hello I have a Dell t310 xeon without AES hardware cpu support.

The decoding AES performance with a file download reach the 140 Mbps. A cpu with AES hardware support reach 350mbps for my software environment.

In proxmox which parameter I can adjust to assign more resources to obtain better decoding performances?

Is a lxc instance.
Thank you.

An LXC container already uses all features available on the host CPU. The only thing you can really do is assign more CPU cores to your container and hope that your software can utilize them. If you're hardware simply doesn't support something, you can't magically make it work...

Anyone have experiences about Dell t310 cpu upgrades?

One of the things about Intel Xeon is that they change the socket a lot, so you will not be able to switch to a newer CPU if the socket does not match or the board has no support for that. The only way is to change the hardware (technically there are AES SPUs, but I have no idea if they're supported in your java app).
