Best Procedure for Installing Newer Nvidia Drivers?

Does anyone have a documented best practice procedure for installing newer nvidia drivers in Proxmox (7.4)? If I understand correctly, running the following command will only install the latest "supported" driver which is 470.129.06.

apt install nvidia-driver

Previously I've installed the drivers via the NVIDIA*.run but that's preventing me from using tools like nvtop.

So, you don't need any driver on the host and just passthrough the device.

2. you may try to add pci device !!pls remain one gpu for console!!
