Best practices and procedures to configure a three node Cluster with Proxmox 6.1 with High Availability.
Greetings, I am trying to configure a cluster of three nodes to have high availability, read that they recommend that virtual machines should be in shared storage.
Please I would like to know about you the good practices and procedures to correctly activate the high availability.
Waiting for your comments.

I have questions on some specific issues.
How a shared storage is configured.
Only Ceph is used or another can be used.
If you already have nodes working in a cluster with virtual machines in local storage, how do I migrate the machines to shared storage.
This shared storage is configured on all nodes, a single node, or a fourth node.
I need to add physical hard drives to the nodes, if you already have local storage.

How a shared storage is configured.
Datacenter -> Storage -> Add

Only Ceph is used or another can be used.
NFS/CIFS or other sorts of network storage can also be used.

If you already have nodes working in a cluster with virtual machines in local storage, how do I migrate the machines to shared storage.
VM -> Resources -> (select the disk) -> Move Disk -> and choose the shared storage
