Bad network performance after vm clone

Hello, I'm playing a bit with Proxmox on a rented ovh server. Just a simple configuration with a Routeros firewall nat vm, 100 id and and Ubuntu with 101 id. Now I would like to change the id and I used a full clone of both vm, creating 200 id for Routeros and 201 for Ubuntu. First problem was that contrary to what was stated on the wiki both vm changed their mac address. So I manually changed them to get back at the same previous value.
So I put off the original vms and I started both the new and executed a speedtest in Ubuntu with very bad performance, 0.78 mbit rather 600-900 mbit. So I was asking to myself which was the real problem and I tried to have a combination using previous vm putting off the same clone of course. It seems the problem is the cloned routeros that is giving such bad network performance. Original routeros vm is giving back the full speed as I knew.

I made another test. Rather than using a routeros vm clone I created a backup of the original one and I created a restore. Well, mac address are the same of the original one of course and performance are great again.

So my question is: what is changing from a full clone and a restore from backup ? Is there something I can check to understand why the full cloned Routeros vm is performing so bad ?

Thank you

Never mind, I solved it. It was a license problem with routeros cloning respect to restoring backup. Thank you
