BACKUPS VM

good morning, I'm with promox with a problemx, it doesn't open via wen, does anyone know the way the vms are... There was no backup... version 4.10

I'm getting access via ssh, but the machine doesn't start the web services... once I removed the vm in a previous version and threw it in another... If anyone can help me, I appreciate it

I'm going to try to remove the vm, and play on another machine that already installed version 7... But how not to backup... If anyone knows the path that is the vms (folder) /etc/????
