Is running a 1Tb database better in a vm or a container in terms of if I want to take a backup every hour? I'm thinking maybe the vm backup is faster because it can use the dirty_bitmap but containers have to check all the files?
Wow. This is quite a thing, will mean for me anything that has large hdd volumes an a low percentage of data changing each day that I want to backup quickly they will now have to be vm's.
