How are you backing up your VMs and your PVE host systems? Could you describe it to the forum?

Presumably, most users use vzdump to backup the VMs, but what about the host?

I'm asking to get a sampling of the various ways people may be tackling this issue.

host: you can install a backup tool to backup the host. e.g Bacula.
commercial solutions: arkeia, backup exec (agent only), sep sesam, ...

there are a lot of ways to do this but most people does only backup the VM´s. or I am wrong? - please post your way!
 
We use vzdump as our primary backup.
Besides that we use Rsnapshot.
