Backup remote PVE installation "over" Internet

First, thanks for the development of PVB

Is it something possible that we can use PVB to backup all our PVE that we have at our clients site ?

Can we use PVB in a VM inside a PVE or it's not recommended ?

I assume you mean PBS (Proxmox Backup Server).

Creating backups of Proxmox VE guests is one of the main use cases of PBS.

Can we use PVB in a VM inside a PVE or it's not recommended ?

Yes, but you can also install it on the same machine as PVE.
