Backup problem when an scsi ultrium drive is attached to the VM

Hello,
I have a VM (kvm) with an attached scsi tape drive (Ultrium), physically on the host.
I added : scsi3: /dev/sg3,cache=writethrough in the configuration file of the VM, and the tape drive works fine.
The problem is that the backup of the VM on a NFS remote server failed when this line is in the configuration file.
Here the result of the backup:

ERROR: client closed connection
INFO: aborting backup job
ERROR: VM 100 not running
ERROR: Backup of VM 100 failed - client closed connection
INFO: Backup job finished with errors
TASK ERROR: job errors

I have the same problem with all modes of backup (snapshot, suspend, stop)

Can someone help me ??
