Backup not working as expected

I want to "replicate" the configuration from Proxmox1 to Proxmox2. After creating backup on Proxmox1 and restoring on Proxmox2, Main Filter section is not restored. No Rules, no additional objects I have created.

That's odd - make sure that you include the Rule Database when restoring in the GUI

do you get any errors in the journal when creating or restoring the backup - or on the commandline?

any other points where the issue might be?
could a browser plugin be at fault here?
