Hello everyone.
When manually backing up I sometimes get this:
So it says everything is transferred and the dump is also complete and usable for a restore but the job doesn't finish.
I don't know how to kill it and I need to restart the whole server together with all the VMs that are running and doing their job. This is not good.
Any ideas how I can resolve this? I didn't encounter this problem for scheduled backups yet.
I use gzip compression and a locally mounted ftp-drive which is on the same server rack. (No other protocol availiable for the backup-space)
Thanks for reading.
EDIT: I stand corrected. THIS time the backup file doesn't appear in the web interface and the backup file isn't complete. It says .vma.dat instead of .vma.gz but it reached a file size that should be appropriate. Is there some way to debug the problem? I can't find any hint in syslog.
