Hello

I'm still running 3.4 without issues but today i see a backup that has been running for 4 days without any progress, looks like it freezed and is just sitting there. Is it ok to just kill the process and try again ?

this is in the log:

Hi,

is your backup storage on a NFS-server?

If yes check if the server works correct.

Hi Wolfgang,

Yes, i suspect it was under high load when the freeze happened, it's working ok now. But how to get out of this situation ?
Is there any procedure to kill the backup job ?

Best regards,
Hans

Open the backup task and push the stop button.
