Backscatter configuration to block NDR's from spoofed mail addresses

If you configure Backscatter to bounce NDR's will it reject the NDR emails or just quarantine them? Company does not want to use quarantine. If Backscatter just quarantines the NDR's is there another way to reject the NDR's so they are not delivered to users inbox?

The Backscatter filter only increase the spam core. For example, You can simply block mails with high spam score.
 
Hi Dietmar,

I change the backscatter bounce setting to 10 and created rule to block messages with spam level 10. But the majority of them are still getting delivered to user. It is block the ones with spam level 10 but not all of the bounce messages are getting marked as 10. Is there something else I need to do?
