Autostart guest after reboot / power failure

Hi,
how can I make (certain) guest boot automatically when Proxmox is powered on?
I am asking because I want some of my hosts to run all the time, and thus also be started immediately if proxmox is rebooted/started after power failure etc.

Thanks, I do not know how I missed this. Guess looking in the web interface before google would have been a good this (a found complicated recipes on how to do this when it's just a simple click).
