Hello,
I've had random times when my pfSense VM pegs itself at 100% CPU usage. When this happens I can't do anything with it. The console is frozen and shutdown and restart both fail, which is obviously not PVE's fault.
But curiously, "Reset" doesn't work either. It seems to have killed one CPU, since CPU usage went from pegged at 100% to pegged at 50%, but still unresponsive. Only the "Stop" command worked to kill it, which then allowed me to start it.
So, is there anyway to automate the "Stop" of a guest if the CPU runs above a certain level for a certain amount of time? Ideally I'd like it to go something like this:
CPU above 99% for 5 minutes --> STOP guest --> wait 180 seconds -- > START guest
Thanks
