auto lock script

Good morning, is there a way to create a script to block local user account when it sends SPAM out automatically?
I have a rule for that but I use it manually, the idea is to make it automatic.

PMG support outgoing mail filter rules, use it to filter/scan all outgoing mails.

Of course I do, but open a script so that this rule is automatic?
