Assigning a dedicated ip address to a virtual machine and connecting it to the Internet

Proxmox is installed on the dedicated server from ovh.
I created one virtual machine And installed ubuntu 20.04.
I have followed the steps in the tutorial below
After completing all these steps, the virtual machine is still not connected to the Internet:

How do I connect my virtual machine to the Internet. I will add that an additional ip address has been purchased.
