when I upgrade a server to "apt dist-upgrade" with the instruction "Upgrade from 7 to 8 - Proxmox VE", I met:

Without providing anything more, I suspect you just missed one step in the tutorial which ended here.

So, please go one step more over the entries there, document everything and maybe it just works or please come back and provide EVERYTHING you did and not just the error message.

yes，thank you, I found I lose a step of ceph's source's " echo "deb http://download.proxmox.com/debian/ceph-quincy bookworm no-subscription" > /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ceph.list"
