Is there a way to archive all email that goes through the gateway? I see that it will archive the spam and virus emails but, I was wondering if there was a third party app or something else that could do this?

Thanks for any help.

hi ryan,

we have a BCC (blind carbon copy) action object. you can define a rule sending a copy of the original message to a specified archive email address.

archiving messages on proxmox itself is not possible (yet).

Hi Tom,

I need a quick and dirty solution to use proxmox gateway to archive all incoming and out going mail from Google Apps for Education domain. I can configure all email from my domain to go through an outbound gateway. I then need to have this email stored in a simple archive, it could be a file share.

I am looking at using http://www.inovox.de/products/e-mail-archiving/e-mail-archiving

What are your thoughts on this?

take a look on our BCC function.

Is there a comparison sheet that compares the Enterprise Gateway and the community version? I am trying to figure out if the community version will suffice for the simple gateway I described in an earlier post.

I only need the gateway to send all incoming email to an archive (after spam, virus and other rule filters, + greyllisting) and then pass all email to Google Apps for education mail server. For outgoing email sent from google apps to the mail gateway, I only need the email to be archived (no filtering etc.)

Thanks. Petrus4
