apt update error

I am trying to update and install fan control since my macpro based proxmox's fan is ramping up like crazy.

In the shell I typed 'apt update'
However I am getting this error.

also, i did some research and it might be dns problem but i am using google dns.

dont know what is wrong with it can anyone help?

But can you actually access those DNS servers?
does ping work? ping 8.8.8.8
can you resolve other things? curl -sk https://www.google.com ? curl -sk http://ftp.debian.org

Oh indeed i cannot reach the google server
what can be wrong?

You dont have correct network setup on your PVE?
You dont have correct route in place?
Your ISP blocking external DNS?
You are in level 6 secure DoD facility?

Check your working workstation and duplicate DNS and routing info, perhaps even IP subnet if those differ.

I tried pinging DNS servers from other linus(debian) system. they all seems to work just this proxmox cannot ping it
