I have a similar problem.
Prehistory what caused it.
It was Linux 5.15.53-1-pve #1 SMP PVE 5.15.53-1 (Fri, 26 Aug 2022 16:53:52 +0200)
decided to upgrade, performed apt update and upgrade, then forgot to restart the server and performed apt autoremove, and at the time this command was executed, the server was overloaded, after which the PBS became unavailable, when you try to upgrade, errors fall

can someone suggest what to do? There are backups left on the disks (not needed yet, but a backup is needed when it is not there)
