Anyone Installed Proxmox or Debian 12 Successfully on Dell Precision 5820?

As the subject says, anyone could offer a guide...this is incredible frustrating, no matter what the bios is set to UEFI or legacy can never get Proxmox 8 nor Debain 12.1 to completely boot on its own. Here below is when set UEFI with legacy ROM and below that is legacy mode...see picts below...what is it cleaning? Why it had to add Grub to the hard drive and why the drive formatted as UEFI despite legacy mode selected in bios, and the format was EXT4?

The sda clean message is normal. The pci power error is not. What cards are installed? Seems that one of them is maybe broken.

Thank you for responding...I have Nvidia NVS 310, Intel i350-t4 as well as Intel QAT 8950...they are all new. It seems that there is no drivers for the Nvidia as I finally got Debian 12.1 to boot to black screen and SSH into it.

As root "apt install sudo". Your admin user should already be in the sudo group if you created him during the install.
