Anybody is using "cv4pve-node-protect"?

I noticed this the backup script stopped working after pve 8 upgrade

Details => https://github.com/Corsinvest/cv4pve-node-protect/issues/4

Any clues are appreciated!
The toolbox is sadly not maintained anymore
https://hub.docker.com/r/corsinvest/cv4pve-toolbox

However, the admin version gets still updates and as far i understand the toolbox got replaced by the admin version:
https://hub.docker.com/r/corsinvest/cv4pve-admin

Quote:
What is cv4pve-admin?
is the evolution of cv4pve-toolbox. It is an advanced management system for Proxmox VE. Enables multiple management of clusters and single nodes.

It looks like it's still free, they just gone the Proxmox route with paid Support (as far i understand)
Seems like a great move to me.

However, im just mentioning it, because the c4pve-node-protect script is part of the c4pve-toolbox that doesn't get maintained anymore.
So you probably never get a reply or any update.
If you you want to ask now, what replaces node-protect inside c4pve-admin... I don't have a clue :-(
Not using that tools here.

Cheers

Yes I saw that too

Maybe not worth to keep using it

I mean, you could try at least the admin tools, spinning up an docker image isn't that much of work...
Play a bit with it, check if it's useful for you and well yeah, delete the lxc container if it's useless:-)

Makes more sense to me as wasting time with YouTube videos or Netflix at the evening:-)

Cheers
