An error when a third-party storage box is registered. how to fix this problem??

It seems like you are trying to add a Hetzner Storage Box as a pbs server. Since Hetzner does not provide PBS servers, the storage type you are looking for is probably SMB/CIFS.
Be aware that you have to activate remote access in Hetzner unless your server is also hosted by them.

Taking a closer look, I'm pretty sure your username is wrong, what you wrote as ID belongs in the username field. The ID is only the name that proxmox uses to refer to the storage internally.
Secondly, from a quick google search, the share name is just your username, so in your case u254394

Alright, let's do it step for step:

1. ID: Choose a name, doesn't matter
2. Server: u254394.your-storagebox.de
3. Username: u254394
4. Password: The password for your storagebox
5. Share: u254394

This is assuming your username is u254394, since you also used another username in the share field.

Have you mounted the storage box somewhere else with this data? E.g. via Windows directly?

Also note that in my opinion the storage box is anything but performant and reliable; you will certainly have problems with your mount flying away and your GUI hanging up as a result.

I take the storage box on Hetzner. my main task was setting up the backup. but proxmox just won't let me expand the storage box. I think that it should be updated because I have the old version 6. but I am afraid of losing server data. how do I do it right? I'm new to this so I might not understand some basics

I don't think it's the Proxmox VE version. I think your login details are incorrect. Take a look at the instructions from Hetzer and just mount it directly, then you'll see whether it generally works or not.
