/etc/modeprobe I use the files:
blacklist.conf
blacklist radeon
blacklist nouveau
blacklist amdgpu
#blacklist nvidia*

iommu_unsafe_interrupts.conf
options vfio_iommu_type1 allow_unsafe_interrupts=1

pve-blacklist.conf
blacklist radeon
blacklist nouveau
blacklist amdgpu

#blacklist nvidia*

/etc/default/grub
I modify to this …

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet intel_iommu=on intel_iommu=pt"

I do :
update-initramfs -u -k all

update-grub

Check:
lspci -nnk

could you try with seabios instead of ovmf ? did you install the os before passing through the gpu?
is there anything intesting in the journal during time of vm boot?

could you also try to boot some live linux iso to see if the boot disk is the problem?

no seabios is no option ....but I installed before passthrough is a migration form a esxi
other maschines without passthroug has no problem - windows and linux on this host

why not? AFAIR the card only supports bios not uefi because it's so old. could you try with a different vm just to test? that way we can rule out any guest specific problems

I see it - changed it - and it the server start , now ..but they have no screen in the PVE Center...only with remote Desktop I get a screen.
In the pve window the screen is black.

RDP is fine... Thanks for your help :)
