[SOLVED] Allow Help Desk users to use global blacklist ?

Hi,

I know that helpdesk users are only allowed to use "User Whitelist" and "User Blacklist", could it be possible to also allow them to use the global blacklist and whitelist that are in "WHO" object ?

This could be really usefull when you have a large instance and need to block a specific domain whiout having to give admin rights

No this is currently not possible - PMG's permission system does not allow fine-grained access on individual objects

depending on your setup - you could consider setting up separate PMG instances for separation
