we have a Synology Mail Plus Server running on a DS1621+.
Mainly to get independent from mail providers and ensure confidentiality.
Proxmox Mail Gateway runs as a virtual machine on the same.
So far it worked well, but now we are running in severe problems.
Emails from Banks, insurance companies, responses to requests for information from sellers are just rejected based on ZEN spam house.
It appears that every organization with more than a few employees ends up on that list.
That is not acceptable.
I had added email domains under "Administration"-"Benutzer Whitelist" but seems that emails from other persons from the same company are still rejected.
Given that the whitelist appears to be empty and you can only see what I have entered before when I click on the drop-down symbol, I may have entered that wrong.
There is another whitelist menu item under "mail filter"-"Wer" menu.
I have not configured anything more and use it out of the box.
1. How to configure that emails are not rejected but marked for review?
2. How to configure whitelist domains correctly? Menu "mail filter" or menu "Administration"?
3. How to use custom scores in that regard?
