When I do an S3 Refresh (after migrating to a new hardware), all datastores (also local datastores) become unavailable. I assume the Bad Requests may caused by the S3 Endpoint, however, one laggy S3 Refresh should not affect other datastores to be fully unavailable. Not sure how to debug this.
