SOLVED:
Changed BIOS setting "Initiate Graphic Adapter" from "PEG" to "IGD"

-------------------------

hardware: MSI B460 Motherboard
PVE: Linux 5.15.39-3-pve #2 SMP PVE 5.15.39-3, Virtual Environment 7.2-7
VM: windows 10, with GeForce GTX 1060 Graphics Card passthrough

It works well for a long time.
Today, I updated the BIOS of motherboard to the latest version, after updated, some settings in BIOS is changed automatically, I tried my best to restore the previous settings, but maybe I miss something. Now ,when I start the VM, there is a error message:

Code:
kvm: -device vfio-pci,host=0000:01:00.0,id=hostpci0.0,bus=ich9-pcie-port-1,addr=0x0.0,multifunction=on: Failed to mmap 0000:01:00.0 BAR 1. Performance may be slow

Monitor screen of VM is black, don't show anything.

host=0000:01:00 is Graphics Card.
