After changing IP - new guest network isnt working

I have updated to 6.4.4, before 6.44 I changed the IP number of the server used via the interface-file, and did a restart directly afterwards.
The guest VMs I have are all working, but not when I set up new guests, the network doesn't seem to work, Ive tried to setup Debian 10 and Ubuntu server 20.04.
It gets an DHCP packet but that is all, no network, shoes when I am about to choose update servers.

Please post your network configuration cat /etc/network/interfaces and the config for the VM that you are created qm config <VMID>

I have since reinstalled proxmox so that problem is no more.
