After 5.1 update, local-lvm cannot be selected for new kvm or container

After 5.1 update, local-lvm cannot be selected for new kvm or container

Current kvm/containers are working fine in local-lvm. but for new containers, only local is available as storage...
Also my other datastores are not visible anymore during new kvm/container creation.
Enable/disable datastores does not help

i still have the boot error, but can select storage again now.
