Addon new node join Cluster

Currently i have 3 nodes join in cluster and running VM and LXC ( version all nodes running 4.4), but i want extend my cluster by the way addon new node in cluster ( new node empty VM ), get it or not? and problems/ issue appear in process join node, please sharing my resolve and recommend next steps.

Notes: New Nodes difference hardware and brand
