Adding third node attempts into existing cluster cause FC error

Hi,
We have two Proxmox 5.2 node installed into cluster. They share one storage hp msa 1000 via FC connection.
So, when we are attempting third node into the cluster it causes errors in the existing nodes, and they loss connection to the shared storage.
at this moment the error output on stdout is:
