It is possible to add on top of mail body - notification about sending mail from outside source - for all incoming mail?

no you can add a text on the bottom with the Disclaimer action - see https://bugzilla.proxmox.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2606

else - I'd suggest adapting the Subject in that case (prefix it with [EXTERNAL])
