Hello,

for network problem reasons I had to remove vmhost3 of my 3 node cluster. I used "pvecm delnode vmhost3".
After that the node was never connected again to the cluster.
Then I reinstalled the proxmox software and updated/upgraded everything.
I gave the node the name vmhost3 again.

Then I wanted to connect the node to the cluster with "pvecm add <MyClusterIP>"
The procedure begun and failed with error
PHP:
"Error at creating /etc/pve/priv - File exists"

Now the node is "half" in the cluster. I can see it in the gui with a green icon, but when I want to see the ressources I get permission denied errors in the gui and the login screen appears.
But with my root password I can't connect.

What can I do now?

Thanks in forward

Ben

Restarted the other nodes to make sure vmhost3 is really out of the cluster.
Then I'Ve reinstalled the proxmox software on vmhost3 and made the "add node to cluster" procedure.

Works well
