Curious if it is possible to add a disclaimer based on specific content, ie: mime emails, emails containing external links, etc.
Nearly all our email is external and, when we enabled the disclaimer action, users complained when every single email showed up with the caution disclaimer. Sadly, however, we invariably have users that blindly click phishing links.
I added a spamassassin custom regexp rule to catch email bodies with links and I can see that rule show up in the headers but I understand that What objects are processed before Actions so I can't trigger based on that. I'd like to have the disclaimer trigger based on the header or, more generally, on emails that contain links.
I also saw a thread from about a year ago discussing a feature request to create a "What" object based on a triggered spamassassin rule but haven't seen any recent updates.
Would appreciate some thoughts or feedback anyone might have to find a method I missed.
