Adding ceph to another node which is not in cluster

i still not made a proxmox node cluster but i installed ceph on one node

i wish to make a cluster of proxmox nodes should i have to uninstall ceph from the node
and make cluster and install it again
 
can i just install proxmox on two other nodes and just run these commands in them

pveceph install
pveceph init

is this enough to make pveceph cluster?

i am having a node which has proxmox and ceph installed in it

now i have to make pve ceph cluster

for that first i have to install proxmox on other two nodes and make a cluster

which method should i follow to make proxmox ceph cluster

only giving following commands on other two serve without touching ceph installed server

pveceph install
pveceph init command is enough

or

i have to uninstall the ceph in the first node and install it again from first?
