Adding Audio Device - Error Code 1

I have a VM running Windows 11 and I would like to add audio but for some reason when I add any of the three audio options I get an error code 1 and the VM wont start.

I'm not sure where to start in trying to diagnose this issue and any help would be appreciated.

Do you want to access the VM via Spice? Because that is pretty much the only reason (besides a dummy audio device) to add an audio device to the VM.
What do you want to achieve?

I access the VM via Parsec and I use it for both CAD work (audio not required) and playing the odd game (audio required).
