Adding a Ceph mon, Do I Need to Update storage.cfg And Reboot?

When I add a mon to an existing Proxmov VE/Ceph install. I notice that the storage.cfg isn't updated with the new mon. Do I need to update this? If so what do I need to do to apply the change to my cluster?

You add an OSD or an MON? If you add an new MON using the GUI the file should get updated.

I had the same question as orig poster.

when a mon is added - ceph.conf has mon added, not storage.cfg .

So as of now storage.cfg needs to be edited from cli.

I assume a reboot is not needed.
