No, it is not planned.

+1 for this feature. This would add a lot of comfort and be a great feature.
I mean added PCIe devices are shown in the web interface already and can also be removed via the gui.

In addition to this adding a setting to the "Hardware" tab to change the machine type between i440fx and q35 would be welcome.
