I cant find where add a GW to the 192.x in the WebServer of proxmox or it should be add manually

Yes you are right i dont explain very well and both result was the same, i will try to explain with words.

Please use traceroute with option '-n'. Does that help?

Dear dietmar, the traceroute with -n dont need many time to show on the screen, but my real problem still there

And the real problem is this.
In VM1 i have PHP
In VM2 i have MySQL
When i do a mysql query from PHP it need 20 seconds to response.

But in VM3 i have PHP + MySQL and the same query need 0.1 seconds to response.

They have the same configuration

This is a clear indication that you have a DNS problem. Please check your DNS settings, and test if all DNS servers are reachable (ping).
