I added ssd disk to Proxmox and wiped it. After that I created new ext4 catalog called SSD. I wanted to use it as spare network drive (without VM) and have easy access to it from my laptop. I can access to it by Filezilla sftp but when I want to add new network location in Win10 My computer window/add network location \\192.168.1.99\mnt\pve\SSD I can not open it or windows can not find it at all. When I write \\192.168.1.99\root I get popup logon window "enter credentials to connect". But when I write my root password I get "access denied".
Can I get help how it should be done?

Did you allow root to login with SSH only using the password? Not sure how PVE handles this out of the box, but Debian (where PVE is based on) got the line "#PermitRootLogin prohibit-password" as default in the "/etc/ssh/sshd_config" which only allows you to login as root using a RSA keyfile.
