Add a cache drive and drives to raidz 1-0

I'd like to expand my pool with the last 2 drives listed and add a cache drive with the SSD. Is this possible? Using ProxMox 8.2.4

If you mean L2ARC, then yes. It can be just added.

The RAIDz can be expanded, yet only by a new vdev. Can you please post the output of zpool status in CODE tags?
