Hi Everyone,

I hope someone can help me here :) I have all my ProxMox bits and pieces set up without issue for the most part. The problem I am encountering is the AD setup.

To give a bit of background I have a working AD and DNS setup and everything works in Windows fine. I have followed James Coyles' example but it doesn't seem to work.

I created the realm etc as per instructions etc as you can see before and all those details are correct. What I lack is some way to trace it back.

Looks like ok, it should work. Have the same config here. But under Server i have the IP Adress from the ADS.

I cant help but feel Active Directory integration could do with some work. it would be nice to use "MemberOf" to read group membership for permissions in the web management console, and turning off case sensitivity for AD usernames would be helpful too. Would make it easier to assign servers to business units and virtual desktops to users within a Microsoft environment.

HI ,

Having the same issue like StuartB. My problem is my created membered AD'user (existing in my Samba AD) can't log into Web'GUI... Can you help me ? :)

Bests Regards
