ACPI BIOS Error

Good afternoon, I understand correctly, this error is due to incompatibility of the new kernel and motherboard? Proxmox freezes periodically. Only installing the old version will help? Or can you solve it somehow?

Did you already check if there is a newer BIOS available? Some ACPI errors can show up, depending on the actual BIOS.
