Accidently rolled back previous snapshot

I accidentally rolled back the wrong vm and didn't get a chance to backup after the recent changes I made.

The VM is still powered on. Is is possible to recover the data?

no, if you rolled back the vm, the original content is most likely gone. theoretically it depends on the storage, but if anything else has written to the storage since, it probably was overwritten by this newly written data

Thankfully the data loss was minimal since the last backup.
