accessing vm using proxmox cli failed

I have VM running on ceph storage and I started it, it started well but I can't access VM cli
Is there anyone who can help with this issue? I have been stuck using that VM.

May you tell us what are you mean with "can't access VM CLI"? or what exactly are you trying?
